1. General Terms and Definitions

betjee is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, slots, fishing games and sports betting services to Bangladeshi users. In these terms, "platform" refers to the betjee website and application; "member" refers to a registered user; and "services" refers to all gaming and transaction-related activities conducted through the platform.

betjee reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on betjee and participate in any form of betting or gaming activity, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Operating or using an account on behalf of anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. betjee reserves the right to verify the age information provided at registration, and if any discrepancy is found, the account may be suspended immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, betjee reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held in them. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method will also be treated as a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate and complete information at registration and at any point thereafter. betjee reserves the right to close an account and cancel all related transactions if false or misleading information is found. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

3. Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on betjee is ৳300. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Payment methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Identity verification for the relevant account must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, betjee reserves the right to place the relevant transaction on hold.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

4.2 Other Promotions

betjee runs various promotions for regular members, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, special offers on the slots section and birthday rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses may only be used to play games on the betjee platform and cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals of a bonus or winnings earned from a bonus cannot be requested before the specified wagering requirements are met. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. betjee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Each game or betting market has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to be aware of them before playing. betjee is not liable for any issues caused by technical errors or loss of connection. If a technical error in a game is confirmed, the relevant round may be voided and bets refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed when betting on sporting events such as cricket and football may change. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed will be treated as final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, though the decision will depend on the specific rules of that event.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, use of bots or automated software, unauthorised access to another member's account, exploiting system vulnerabilities, and any form of collusion (where multiple members attempt to fix an outcome together) are strictly prohibited on the platform. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held in it will be forfeited.

6. VIP Program and Rewards

betjee has a four-tier VIP program for regular members: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. This cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.

When a member moves to a different VIP tier, the associated benefits change accordingly. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the relevant account. Cashback example: a Gold-tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

7. Account Security and Privacy

Each member is responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Sharing a password or allowing a third party access to the account is prohibited. If any suspicious activity is noticed on an account, the betjee support team should be notified immediately.

8. Responsible Gaming

betjee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment that should always be enjoyed in a controlled manner. Members may, if needed, set deposit limits, betting limits or activate self-exclusion on their account.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

betjee reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, providing false information, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of age, and any other unlawful activity. In such cases, the balance of the relevant account may be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the betjee platform — logos, designs, software, text and graphics — is intellectual property owned by betjee. Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Game content on the platform is owned by the respective game developers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution) and is governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

betjee is not directly liable for any loss suffered by a member due to technical errors, loss of internet connection, issues with third-party payment providers or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, betjee always endeavours to resolve such issues promptly and to protect members' interests.

The outcome of gaming and betting is entirely the user's responsibility. betjee does not guarantee any outcome and the platform is not liable for any winnings or losses.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a transaction or game result, please contact the support team first. betjee provides support in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email. After a complaint is submitted, betjee will endeavour to resolve it within the designated timeframe.

If a resolution is not reached through support, the dispute may be settled through mediation. In the event of a dispute, betjee's system logs and records will be treated as final evidence.
